Leaders Profile

Lloyd Richards is the founding and lead pastor of River of Life Church which was planted in 2018 in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Lloyd’s ministry includes teaching, preaching, and evangelism. He is highly regarded for the insightful and revelatory teaching gift of God on his life and being able to effectively communicate the word of God to diverse audiences. He was awarded a Doctorate in Philosophy in 2021 for is theological research about belief and practices relating to death. His main passion is to encourage the spiritual maturity of believers to fulfil God’s purposes. He also worship leads with his wife Sheryl who is gifted in her multi-faceted ministry which includes playing the saxophone, leading a community choir and writing children books. They have two adorable children, Tiana and Matthew, who are active in the church.
